Orders
What are the shipping costs for an order?
Home delivery
Home delivery takes 7 to 10 business days. This service is free in Spain. For EU countries, it's €29 for orders under €450. For destinations outside the European Union, it's €69 for orders under €450, plus applicable taxes and duties depending on the regulations of the destination country.
In-store pickup (P&C)
In-store pickup takes 5 to 7 business days. This service is free. We will send you an email notifying you when the product arrives at your chosen store. The product may remain in the store for a maximum of 14 days.
For collection, the cardholder or an authorized representative may visit one of our boutiques, presenting their ID and the purchase confirmation email.
Is it possible to send the order to another person?
Yes, you can send your order as a gift to someone else. You just need to specify this during the checkout process.
Returns
What is the deadline for making a return?
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of the item to return it. Remember that returns are only accepted for products purchased in our online store. All returns are free of charge.
How do I process a refund?
There are several ways to manage a return:
- Union Suiza Boutique : You can return your order to any of our boutiques. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
- Home pickup: Contact info@unionsuiza.com and we'll arrange pickup and return. Refunds will be issued to the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used. The product must be returned in its original packaging and well protected.
What are the costs of a return?
All returns are free of charge.
How long does it take for the refund to arrive?
Once we receive your return and verify that everything is correct, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 15 days, depending on the bank.
Can a change be requested?
If you don't like the product and want to exchange it for another, you can request an exchange at info@unionsuiza.com

Can an order be cancelled?
Once an order is completed, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return it once you've received it.
How do I check the status of an order?
If you placed the order from your account, you can see its status in the "Orders" section.

During periods of high demand, your order may be canceled due to a stockout. In this case, you will be refunded as soon as possible.

Once the transfer has been made, you must send us proof of payment within 3 days to info@unionsuiza.com . After the necessary checks, we will process your order and inform you of the status by email.
How does financing work with Aplázame?
Aplázame offers interest-free monthly installments (0% APR). To finance your purchase, you'll need your ID, mobile number, and a credit card. Aplázame allows you to:
- Split your payment into 3, 6, or 12 months at no additional cost.
- Pay only the first installment when placing your order.
- Advance payment in full or in part whenever you want.
Is it necessary to send any documentation if the purchase amount is greater than €1,000?
Yes, upon completion of the purchase, we will send you an email informing you that, to process the order, you must send a color copy of your ID card (both sides) due to the Anti-Money Laundering Act. If you are a Spanish citizen, the only valid document for this purpose is your ID card; a passport is not accepted.
Can I get an invoice in my company's name?
If the order exceeds €1,000, you must provide the following additional documentation:
- Deeds of incorporation, modification, etc., which reliably state their name, legal form, address and corporate purpose.
- Tax identification card or NIF.
- Accreditation of the powers of the persons acting on your behalf, exclusively through a public deed.
- Identification documents of the representatives.
- Identification of the beneficial owner and a copy of his/her identification document.

How do I choose a ring size?
At Union Suiza, all rings are made in a standard size 13, and the jewelry warranty includes the first size adjustment and the first engraving. To find a ring size:
- Choose a ring that fits you well.
- Measure the inside diameter with a ruler as shown in the drawing.
