This Montblanc Iced Sea Automatic Date combines a warm bronze case with a black glacier-pattern dial to evoke the chromatic nuances of the setting sun on glaciers. The glacier-pattern dial is inspired by the Mer de Glace (Sea of Ice), the main glacier of the Mont Blanc massif. The texture was achieved using an ancient, almost forgotten technique called gratté-boisé. This bronze edition features a unidirectional, two-tone anodized aluminum bezel, three-dimensional engraving on the bronze-coated titanium case back, and an interchangeable black rubber strap with a brown border and a precise adjustment system. It is water-resistant to 300 meters.
