The dial color is inspired by the moss-covered gardens of Japan's Hokuriku region. The golden seconds hand represents sunlight passing through the trees, creating a scene of dramatic natural beauty. The deep, lustrous green dial, characteristic of lacquerware, was crafted under the supervision of lacquer artist Isshu Tamura.
