Watchmaker technical service

We offer a technical team of watchmakers with many years of experience. We have highly qualified specialists who will repair your watch so you can enjoy it with complete peace of mind and a full warranty. Our watchmakers' ongoing training allows us to stay abreast of all the technical innovations in the watchmaking world. Our workshops are equipped with the latest technological advances, and all our infrastructure and machinery continually undergo the strict inspections of the watch brands we represent.

Battery and hermeticism

The estimated lifespan of a battery typically ranges from 2 to 6 years, depending on the type of movement and its functions. Some watches feature an EOL system that alerts us of the imminent end of battery life by triggering the second hand to jump every three or four seconds.

If the watch is water-resistant, it is recommended that you check its water resistance and adjust the necessary parts to ensure the watch is water-resistant.

Cash review

Water-resistant watches require periodic maintenance. If the watch is used intensively, we recommend having it serviced every year. During this service, the gaskets and, if necessary, the crown and stem will be replaced. Finally, the watch will be tested using a pressure machine to ensure it is completely water-resistant.

Full review

When a watch arrives at our workshop, one of our technicians assesses its condition and decides what operations to perform. He or she then separates the movement from the case and bracelet. The latter then move to the restoration department where they are hand-polished or matted to return them to their original condition. Various operations are also performed to ensure the water resistance of the case.

At the same time, a watchmaker has completely disassembled the movement to clean its parts, adjust any necessary parts, and replace any worn parts.

Once the case and bracelet have been received from the restoration department, the watchmaker proceeds to assemble the movement and perform the fine-tuning so that the watch is tuned to the brand's specifications.

Finally, over several days, the watch undergoes various tests in a simulator to verify, while the watch is in motion, that the tuning, winding, and power reserve are correct.
