The Montblanc 1858 Geosphere Chronograph 0 Oxygen Limited Edition of 290 pieces, which pays tribute to the world’s highest peaks and the mountaineers who dare to climb them under extreme conditions, is presented in a 44 mm titanium case that is completely oxygen-free. This offers several advantages for explorers, eliminating tarnishing and preventing oxidation, allowing for a much longer lifespan and improved precision. Equipped with the Montblanc Manufacture Chronograph Calibre MB 29.27 with world time complication, this self-winding movement features a date window at 3 o’clock and two rotating 3D globes showing the northern hemisphere at 12 o’clock and the southern hemisphere at 6 o’clock. Both hemispheres feature orange reference meridians, 14 points marking the 8,000 m summits of the northern continents, and day and night indicators. The watch is also equipped with a bidirectional black ceramic bezel grooved with the cardinal points and a 3D color laser engraving on the case back showing the names and altitudes of the 14 eight-thousanders. Luminescent indicators on the dial and bezel are very practical for any outdoor adventure.
